A huge shout out to my Dad and producer of Setting Suns - Brett Dallas who today celebrates 2 x CMAA Golden Guitar Nominations. I’m emotional because we poured everything into this album, jumped hurdles, faced changed and just leant into what it is all truly about - connection, heart and the songs & music in which brings us together!
Lots of love also to my Mumma who traveled with me today to Sydney for the event, but is the backbone strong and steady keeping us all together. And my Kiwi and girls for keeping this girl steady with the bright Lighthouse of home always there shining me back.

Wednesday 22nd January at the spiritual home of Country Music the Tamworth Town Hall 7:30pm, my show “Over To Me” takes place. I really feel this past year has highlighted to me what is most important and that always circle backs too what is true connection. Moments filled with presence, moments that feel safe, moments that feel real, raw & vulnerable but supported. When playing music there just some of the things I feel, and I can already sense how special this night is going to be…

Also, opening the show are the incredible @wickersuite who musically blow my mind with their musicianship, integrity and connection! Not only am i a huge fan of their music but as people they are the real deal good good folk.

Setting Suns my 6th album has been out for nearly 2 months and I’ve been really loving reading from you beautiful Music lovers what songs have hit your own emotions, made yourself feel seen, glimmers into my own space and sharing together realness.

This album was “behind the scenes” for a long time, overcoming lots of hurdles in all aspects of life - personal and professional and since releasing it too it was also like my own emotions I may have been bottling up a little were allowed to be let out too..

Songwriting & creating music for me is wholesome full soul, body and mind experience and Settinng Suns packs a lot of symbolic, wholesome, authentic and even confronting moments wrapped up in a lot of love & energy from my Dad Brett who produced the album, my brother Lindsay also and of course Mum and my family…

I know we all as music lovers get excited for the “next thing” but right now Setting Suns needs the space and I’m grateful for you all who are absorbing the music on this album.

I also have been taking time in my own space, to really find grounding, to keep a check in on my own perspectives and keep healing and growing x
