This week we highlight the title track of my lates

This week we highlight the title track of my latest Golden Guitar nominated album Setting Suns with a really special creative visual captured by Tracy & Josh Beveridge @roamingcreatives

Working with Tracy & Josh on this song I feel really highlights the emotion I feel since penning this song. Their beautiful warm energy allowed me to share depth and vulnerability because I knew I was safe.
I wrote this song around the changes I personally faced, realising as I grow older, my children grow older and so do my parents and that I in fact now i am the age I still see my parents. Also how i am not the little girl that once started this musical journey, in fact I am a mother, a wife, a daughter, a friend - I am ME.
It’s about loss and realising all the things in the world we dream for, put on wish lists etc are no where near as precious as time with those you love truly present with your presence.
