I love how into the now our children are and constantly reminding and encouraging us to join them there too. To be right fully in the presence and to indeed Look up, because when you do, it’s a bloody beautiful sight. And when you look around and see love, family, good people - it’s an exhale that feels like this sky. Warm, yet colourful, shadows of dark that comes within the nature of living but all softened and wrapped in light.

I’m still dreaming and beaming about the Town Hall I’m still dreaming and beaming about the Town Hall show, and want to shine a spotlight on all involved. Please join in love and appreciation to special guest and dear friend Jimmy McGrath - @jimmymcgrathmusic I connected with Jimmy at the @dagsheepstation a few years ago, and instantly was mesmerised in his writing and vocally transported to this outer world with his stunning tones! Rewind to last Nov 2025 - the Co-writing universe had it be that we would sit down together to write a song and to then share that at the Tamworth Town Hall was a real special moment! A song about not changing or shapeshifting to fit into a room, instead being you knowing that will indeed connect you to the right people. Your people. Alignment in all aspects. The beautiful voices of @thecontamworth Youth Choi The beautiful voices of @thecontamworth Youth Choir that i had the awesome time teaching and working with during Term 4 of 2025! The europhic feeling you have when you see our youth lean into their creative arts and sing out in full voice in the beautiful iconic Tamworth Town Hall does fill your heart with joy. Here we are, on show night, singing Brighter Day , a song I wrote when I was 14, recorded with my Dad and later at 16 sung here in Tamworth at the official opening of the AELEC Centre and CAPERS. A song I wrote when struggling to fit in but looking towards the brighter day. It was so awesome to reimagine this song with the voices of all the wonderful students thanks to The Con Tamworth! It was a part of a medley of songs, where I sat with the students and we talked about the interpretation of the lyrics to all to really forge a foundation of connection to self within the lyrics also! The brighter days are felt when around the presence of our youth, with so much more pressure from social media etc - so to have the chance each week to just stop the outside world and sing songs together was a really beautiful experience once again. A moment to shine a light on the amazing musicians A moment to shine a light on the amazing musicians, my band of brothers, the amazing creatives and people that support me both on and off the stage. Benjy Pocock, Lindsay Dallas, Liam Kennedy Clark and Will Pascoe. There has been so many changes, so many hurdles and the why has often at times been brought into question. However, with people like this around it’s easy to be reminded as to why and grateful for their friendship and musicianship that grace the stage. It’s the moments shared creative to creative , mates making music together and sharing in energy that transcends more than melody or notes. It’s the freedom in playing LIVE music, where expression is felt and generates emotions and a conversation in a language that isn’t spoken, yet felt. And on stage is felt between one another and that connectsto our beautiful audiences joining us all on the emotional wheel of journeys through song. Each note, each beat, each part these beautiful gentleman share on stage creating the foundations of strength to support me in both the direction of song and authentically honouring the path I’ve been on and the one I am now walking. Your kindness and care has made me feel so comfortable in my own skin of self expression and how fashion is just an extension to who you are.
